NO dairy of any kind (cafe escapes, lactose free cheese still made from milk....)
NO oatmeal (all I have is instant and could be contaminated)
NO vitamins, minerals or flax seed
I am running out of ideas dudes!!!!!
I have not gone to step 2 as my new GI said. He wants me to take an antibiotic for two weeks if the smelly gas returns. Well it returned with a vengences!!!!
I have been reading blogs, labels, making calls, and cleaning out my pantry shelf of mom food. Really, I have a shelf of mom food and a sign that reads do not touch under penalty of Mom...LOL
My flaxseed I love to add to my smoothies as been giving me issues. I am going with the flaxseed more than the smoothie, but maybe there is too much air I. my smoothie if that is possible, not sure.
My magnesium and super B complex are known for gut issues. Even though they are gluten free.
Not taking vitamins is hard. I have been taking them ALLLLL my life. Except for the 1.5yrs, since my gallbladder issue.
I know if I eat properly I am fine, but what if I am not....I am scared.
I can live with milk, but cheese is hard. I am going to try Daiya this week. It is dairy, lactose, casin, gluten, soy, and cholesterol free. Does NOT sound good, but I will try.
My gut feels like it is cleaning itself out. As in running to the potty for the runs...LOL
I will do my best to keep to my NO's this week and see if I hit the nail on the head. Then I will decide what if any to reintroduce. If anything instant oatmeal....or any kind of oatmeal that is not gluten free. If it is an issue, then I will head to WholeFoods for gluten free oatmeal, easy fix.
Well, off to the bus stop and cause a fight with the kids. How you wonder? Because I am bringing dd2's bike and the other kids their scooters.
