Strength is motivating for me. I love seeing what women can be capable of if we're really dedicated to fitness. There are so many misconceptions about the female body and I don't want to believe them anymore! I will be strong!
I put in some "get off your ass and work out" motivation pictures and a bunch of younger-me pictures. Oh, my. I'll get back to that weight some day.... The picture of headless me (next to Crossfit champ Andrea Ager) showing my FLAT TUMMY is me 5 weeks pregnant with baby #1.
Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you're doing.

My printer was being dumb (magenta doesn't feel like working) so they're in black and white and hard to see (in the picture, I mean. I can see them just fine).
