Gingerbread houses I have made in the past

Monday, October 14, 2013

I used to do these every year. I believe I can still do them if someone wants one. No danger of me eating something I don't crave anymore.

I have to tell you it's not easy in the assembly. The roof is usually too heavy to stay put, needed to prop with cans to do it. The decorating is the easy part. And they are a joy when little kids eyes pop out looking at their (to them) deliciousness. Like being in Willie Wonka's chocolate factory.

They are very pretty. I have never made one and I don't think I can anyway plus, like you know, it isn't healthy to have around (well, tempting for me). But maybe you could make some to sell. They're nice.
