Ok, I went back to the gym today, which is the 2nd time in 5 days...not great, but not bad either.

I am having a hard time with the mental part. I used to EASILY do the cycle for an hour. I was on it for about 7 minutes before I couldn't do it anymore.

I need to get back in the game. I need to get myself motivated to kick some booty! I think changing gyms might help, because of a change in scenery. I also should really start doing at least ONE road run a week. Not just to shake things up, but because I am training for a mud race after all.

Oh yeah, did I mention that we had to push back the mud run to FEBRUARY?!?!?! It's ok, we are going ziplining instead for my birthday! Equally as exhilarating and goal worthy (gotta have a 40 inch waist or less!), but I was really looking forward to that mud race! No worries! I will just be better prepared now! (I hope!)
