Getting back on plan....

After going on a business trip over last Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I am having a great deal of trouble getting back on plan. Not that my eating was great while gone. It could have been a lot better. I just can't get myself into better eating mode that I had been in before. Where has all of my ambition gone and motivation for that matter?!?!
I really need to focus more on this and try to ignore all of the cravings I've been having! And I need to do more exercise, and not just cardio, but streight training also! I just need to find the motivation for both!
What is everyone else doing?! And please keep in mind that my online time is limited and I have a full time job and a full time home job also, keeping my family in line. HELP!!
I just ate a king size bag of M&Ms and now I'm feeling extremely guilty!! I knew I shouldn't have but it was there right in front of me and I just couldn't stop myself!! I've gained amost 30 pounds in the last couple of months!! My clothes are starting to get tight!
What can I do?!
