Hmm so I haven't had many changes since September when I started again. I started using a app on my phone called Lose It! to track my calories. I've been tracking steady every day so far no matter how good or bad I ate. I'll admit that I haven't been doing too great in the last 2-3 weeks. I don't know why, I just hit a spot where I want to eat and give into my cravings. I only gained 2 lbs in this 2-3 weeks of being bad but I weighed again this morning and am getting back on track. I'm on the "Lose 1lbs a Week" plan of tracking calories. So far I have about 6 lbs gone so that's good. So i guess since I've been on the diet for about 6 weeks now, that keeps me up to par :) But hopefully when monday comes, a week from today, I'll have another pound gone. That'll be great. Slow and steady wins the race I do believe. I won't lose the weight fast but I will be to my goal weight by April 2014 if I keep this up! Soooo I have to be really good and watch what I eat and I will get there.
I went to go for a walk yesterday and didn't even make it down my street before I had to turn around! It was soo cold! The wind was like knives. I guess i'll have to dress warmer next time. It didn't help that I had the flu too... Oh well I'll try again today I'd say! Over and out!
