I hope that everyone had a great weekend! I did because my chiefs won and broke a record so it was a great weekend. I also went to my boyfriends nephews 4th birthday party and had a date night last night. We went to an Italian restaurant and saw Captain Phillips! How was ya'lls weekend? I also decided that making small changes really does work. I haven't been giving myself 100% to me exercising but I am going to start. I have felt really terrible all weekend because I have just been eating really really bad food and not doing anything exercise wise. So I really need to get in to shape. My new goal is too lose 20 punds by Thanksgiving. I am going home that weekend and I want to be looking and feeling awesome so I know that I can do it :) I set some smaller goals as well. Like if I lose the 20 pounds I can go get this tattoo that I have been wanting. If I stick to my exercise routine (work out at least 1 time a day for 30 mins 6 days a week for a month), I can go get a cute new outfit! So I am going to try really hard! Hope all is well with everyone and your goals are getting reached!!
