I got 2 days of workouts in this week.
I was in my calorie range for most of the week. I didn't track my food over the weekend and I'm pretty sure I was over my calories all weekend.
During the week I got my 8 glasses in but I know that I didn't do as well over the weekend. I think that I need to go back to my I can't have anything else to drink during the day until all my 8 glasses are in.
I gained 2 pounds this week.
