I am so PROUD OF ME!!! I completed the 30 squat challenge,I actually finished something I started and it felt GOOD!! And as of Oct. 4th I committed to do the Black Women Do Work Out ABS challenge which is 24 days. I tend to do them EARLY in the morning, that way I get a little bit of rest and have the remainder of the day to do more exercise, I have found that it helps me sleep better doing them so early in the morning(midnight,1 a.m.,2 a.m.,etc). This challenge is harder for me,my back does not like being on the floor(childbirth/epidural -sensitivity in lower back region)but I will make it, I'm on day 11 today,so only 13 more days to go :) I KNOW that I CAN DO THIS!!!! (I've been sporadic with adding Zumba back into the mix,but I know that if I want the results that I want I need to be doing Zumba as a daily routine). Had some more slips in the eating department..hey I get tired and don't feel like cooking,but I am working on a plan to cook meals earlier in the day, then I won't be running around like a chicken with my head cut off,lol.
