I'm going to change my weight this morning. I've left it at its lowest point - for far too long. It creeped up, then ran up the scale. Today is the day I get real and get with it.
I'm starting the Shred diet because a good friend of mine has been very successful with it. It seems doable, there are enough options, enough protein, enough calories so I won't feel like I'm starving to death.
Here I go!
