Though I've gained some weight my overall health and fitness is good. I will be focusing on walking and T25 with a little bit of cycling as I have the marathon next month. Also need to increase water intake and get back on track with eating. I've set a new goal weight of 185 as I feel it's the best place I can be to continue riding and attempt a triathlon and ultramarathon. All I ask is you all keep me on track.
