Well, actually I am still stuck. I reached my 240lb goal at the end of the July, dipped a bit lower than that but have been stuck in a 5lb range since then. Most of this is because I have not been working my plan the way that I should. September was a lost month and October has been off to a better start but I haven't been staying in my carb range. So in all, I have done this to myself. Time to pick it up again and get back to doing what I know works, even if it works very slowly.
Goals for today:
96oz of water and tea
Freggie with each meal and snack-- Failed right out of the gate. Whoops. All I can do is make sure the rest of the day goes better
At least 4000 steps
Work on nighttime personal care routine
-Thought about it. Set up an alarm for my last pill of the night but didn't work on anything else.
