I've been Stuck!

Well, actually I am still stuck. I reached my 240lb goal at the end of the July, dipped a bit lower than that but have been stuck in a 5lb range since then. Most of this is because I have not been working my plan the way that I should. September was a lost month and October has been off to a better start but I haven't been staying in my carb range. So in all, I have done this to myself. Time to pick it up again and get back to doing what I know works, even if it works very slowly.

Goals for today:

emoticon 96oz of water and tea emoticon

emoticon Freggie with each meal and snack-- Failed right out of the gate. Whoops. All I can do is make sure the rest of the day goes better emoticon

emoticon At least 4000 steps emoticon

emoticon Work on nighttime personal care routine
-Thought about it. Set up an alarm for my last pill of the night but didn't work on anything else.

but I have a feeling you want to be doing sweller.

A Spark friend and I have made "Under 200 in 2014"our mutual goal . Care to join us? For you that would be a commitment to loosing at least an average of 3 pounds a month for the next 14 months - if you make the under 200 goal more quickly, one could perhaps modify the 14 month plan to maintenance - any additional weight loss would simply gild your lily! Think about it. Under 200 would take my BMI out of the obesity zone (just barely). emoticon

    Look how far you have come! You've GOT THIS! Do you have your new goal posted on your wall where the 240 was? Maybe you can break it down into a goal just for THIS WEEK, so it is a smaller step to get to. That will get you rolling. emoticon
