A Sunny Monday

It's Monday....anothr new week to start off right.....Hope everyone has a good week.

Yesterday, I finlly got my husband to do some exercise. We had talked about it for a while and finally he did a little. It tired him out! He also wants to join sparkpeople so maybe we can get the account set up this week.
My back is still sore from doing Coach Nicole exercises . . arm and shoulder and the abs videos. I just read if you keep up with the same eercises the muscle will adjust but it is 4 or 5 days already that my back hurts. Today, I am going to have a rest day and try to get some of the dreaded housecleaning done!

    I still have to do housecleaning, too...GRRRR! Are you sure you are doing the back exercises correctly? I wonder if you are aggravating something. Also make sure you have a day of rest between exercising the same muscle group so they have a chance to rebuild. My brother used to do competitive weight lifting,and he always said that if you stretch AFTER exercising, it prevents the lactic acid from building up in your muscles, which causes a lot of the soreness. So glad your hubby is getting on board with you!

    House cleaning is NOT rest. LOL I know - I am a full time house cleaner.
Muscles never age remember that.

Congrats on the DH joining Spark.
