It's been a while since I've really checked in on my spark page...that's usually a bad sign! I was doing well, keeping my diet consistently clean an exercising regularly- until about 6 weeks ago.
I've had a lot of stress lately, and man am I a stress eater! I'm aware that I do it, but it doesn't stop me from doing it very often! It's just that instant comfort. It only lasts a minute, but in that minute I need it like a drug. It's awful.
Well, the stress isn't going anywhere anytime soon, so I better get my lifestyle back under control despite the stress.
I've never actually done a "spark streak" in all the years I've been on this site. But I think it is just what I need right now to baby step myself back into my healthy life style.
So here they are
1. Exercise vigorously at least 30 minutes EVERYDAY.
2. No pop or sugar coffee drinks
I think I've heard it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit...let's just round up to an even month. So for my first spark streaks, I am going to exercise daily and refrain from sugary beverages for at least 1 month.
Tonight, I am going to charge my body bug and get some sleep so I can get back to it first thing tomorrow morning.
