I sure was doing well at the beginning of this goal until I got bumped off...

I sure was doing well at the beginning of this goal and lost 5 pounds and was sticking to the bootcamp workouts on most days plus other exercises. I was proud of myself emoticon and I was feeling and eating better too. UNTIL, I started to feel down and ate all wrong again. I stopped the bootcamp workouts for two days and didn't do any other forms of exercise. It felt like I put those 5 pounds I lost, back on! After the two days off, I did get back on track until today! Feeling down and emotional again. I did have a nice Thanksgiving with the family, but I didn't do my exercises and I ate all wrong and too much. Tomorrow is a new day, so I'll try again. We are going on a Turkey hike so that will be one of my exercises plus the bootcamp one. When it comes Tuesday... I'll be back on my game of health and wellness. WOOhOO!

    My big thing is eating right. i do eat a good amount of veggies but will over snack or pick higher fat proteins. i tend to not be as mindful as i need to in order to reach my goals.
