I sure was doing well at the beginning of this goal and lost 5 pounds and was sticking to the bootcamp workouts on most days plus other exercises. I was proud of myself and I was feeling and eating better too. UNTIL, I started to feel down and ate all wrong again. I stopped the bootcamp workouts for two days and didn't do any other forms of exercise. It felt like I put those 5 pounds I lost, back on! After the two days off, I did get back on track until today! Feeling down and emotional again. I did have a nice Thanksgiving with the family, but I didn't do my exercises and I ate all wrong and too much. Tomorrow is a new day, so I'll try again. We are going on a Turkey hike so that will be one of my exercises plus the bootcamp one. When it comes Tuesday... I'll be back on my game of health and wellness. WOOhOO!
