Day 196 - Battling that Downward Spiral Again

Whenever I get excessively tired during the day, I tend to eat junk foods such as candy and soda. Yesterday I had a soda.
It kept me awake during the day...and during the night.
Today I was so sleepy tired that when I got home and finally rested, I drank a latte...around 7 pm.
It is almost 11 pm and I have work early morning and not too tired. I have a feeling that this will be a very long week...
I also noticed that I am becoming constipated...lack of sleep, increase in caffeine, and not much in exercising due to picking up a lot of extra hours for work...
Tomorrow is another day of trying to get back on the right path to health. I work until 2:30 pm and then I am going to get my hair done by my son's girlfriend! I will relax as she cuts, color, and highlight my hair!
