My husband ordered my reward for losing 75 lbs. I'm getting a stability ball and a set of stainless steel water bottles. I can't wait! I can start doing some new fitness things! I'm doing well with the minute of wall push-ups and minute of crunches 3 times a week. I'm actually gonna change that goal to 2x/day, 3x/wk. I'm also adding the 5 minute lower body workout with resistance bands workout and 7 minute upper body workout with resistance bands videos on the off days....I also started using the stationary bike since I burn more calories doing that for less time than my walks... I'm proud of myself. Though my quads do hurt a little. I CAN DO THIS!
