What stresses me out? Too much caffeine and too little sleep sends me over the edge. Stupid little things (like noises I can't control) drive me crazy and the self-talk turns to angry, annoyed-at-everyone things.

Not enough exercise (none, really).

My health stresses me out. No insurance stresses me out. The combination of the two *really* stress me out!

    LOL, all those things stress me out also! At least the ones regarding excersice and health are within your control. There are some really great motivational slides on the motivational page - I checked them out this morning and felt rearing to go again afterwards... Do some exercise now so that next time you blog you can tell us about it and that will remove one stressor. Go on, do it, you know your've got it in you... emoticon
