More lost things

Yep, it's official. I can lose everything but those pesky pounds. Besides my two water bottles, I have now lost an umbrella. To be precise, I left my pink umbrella on the bus because it was no longer raining when I got off the bus so I didn't need it. Good thing I had another one in my purse for when the rain resumed. (Yes, I have more than one because I frequently switch bags so each one has its own umbrella.)

As for the pesky pounds, I wasn't quite able to get off the last half pound or so to be at 197.7 for the 5% Fall Challenge so I started the challenge at 198.4. (Which was down .2 from the week before.) That means my goal is to lose 9.9 pounds and be at 188.5 by Dec 7th. I'm looking forward to being in the 180s for Christmas but I can already hear the cookies calling my name......

By the way, why is it SOOOOO easy to find those pesky pounds after you have lost them? I'd be perfectly happy leaving them in the lost and found box as unclaimed items.

I agree. I think it should be easier to lose and harder to gain. Sadly, my thoughts are not echoed by the universal laws of weight.

I agree, why can we find those and not the things we really want and need to find? Sorry about your umbrella. Hope you find your belongings soon, but no more pounds.
