So today I am 210.4, which is not too big of a problem, since I am still down 10 lbs in 3 days. I was feeling bad, and lost another 2.2 lbs during my nap yesterday, so had the pineapple, and a chicken ring from White Castle (1 ). This caused a 3 lbs gain, but is water weight, and a rebound from losing so fast.
I went to Aldi's and got my groceries for $41. I did buy a pot roast for $10, but it was 2.5 lbs, and is 2 meals for my brother and I.
Today's meals are:
B - 6 eggs, 2 Tbsp. butter
L - 10 ozs. of pot roast, 1/2 can mixed vegetables.
D - 10 ozs. b/s chicken thighs, 1.5 Tbsp. olive oil
That is 1779 calories
fat = 125 grams... 64.5 %
carbs = 16 grams... 3.6%
protein = 139 grams... 31.9 %
Did my 45 minute walk early this morning, and then watched my Detroit Lions beat the Cleveland Browns 31-17.
I have to admit that the pot roast was a bit salty, so it may have contributed to some of my weight gain. I didn't weigh in till a couple hours after lunch. I may let my brother eat the other 20 ozs., and stick to the chicken for the next week.
I'm off to eat my chicken, and watch my Tigers win Game 2 of the ALCS hopefully. Have a great night!
