today!Day 2. Felt pretty good. Did a body pump class for 55 minutes. It sure kicks my butt everytime. I upped my weights so that was good. I really like the class. Tomorrow I am taking a ballet class. I haven't shown up in a while but I decided there will be no more excuses. I always feel better after I go and my flexibility improves as well as my balance and coordination. I started again after a thirty year break. If I quit now I am going to have to start all over again and I don't want to do that. I just have to talk myself into going. Once I'm there I am fine. Getting into a leotard and tights sure is motivation to stay on track. I always feel like a potato when I "suit up". emoticon

    I also started to fall in love with pump classes... ballet is really not my cuppa tea though, eye leg coordination: abyssal!!!

    I just started working at a gym where they have body pump. I am scared! emoticon - I am a yoga fanatic and beginning runner, and have always lifted light weights, but I am both intrigued and terrified by this class...

    The hardest part is getting started. Why I do not know because I have never felt bad after working out our wished that I had not done it. However, getting started never gets any easier.
