today!Day 2. Felt pretty good. Did a body pump class for 55 minutes. It sure kicks my butt everytime. I upped my weights so that was good. I really like the class. Tomorrow I am taking a ballet class. I haven't shown up in a while but I decided there will be no more excuses. I always feel better after I go and my flexibility improves as well as my balance and coordination. I started again after a thirty year break. If I quit now I am going to have to start all over again and I don't want to do that. I just have to talk myself into going. Once I'm there I am fine. Getting into a leotard and tights sure is motivation to stay on track. I always feel like a potato when I "suit up".
