And here I am...

So, here I am, day one. I started reducing my calories last week, but after a consult with a couple of doctors, I AM DETERMINED, to loose this weight.
I am ready not to get into a dress, not to meet a man, not for any reason than, IT'S TIME.

I have spent a large part of my life, seeing my boundaries, when walking into every room. I am looking for the moment I walk into a room and see possibilities. I am ready to stop ceasing my life because I am ashamed of a lifetime of poor habits, instilled in a generation of clean your plate.

I am starting today with a 1400 calories a day, and am going to scour spark to find exercises that are good, for a terrible knee situation.

I am open to all accountability, and inspiration.

    Spark has teams you can join and they have a Chair team for people with limited mobility. You can start with the cair exercises which will keep weight off your knee while working towards your goal.

    I have a knee issue. I understand. I use a brace when I walk. It still hurt but getting better as I lose weight. Stay the course!
