Felt back on track today

I realized when I did laundry that I had no sports bras or work out clothes dirty for the week. I had walked and had logged several walks this past week getting my steps in everyday but no workouts. Hmmm... this may be why my motivation got low. So today I got up and ran/walked my three miles before church and have felt much better. First work out clothes in the laundry for this week, check.
There is just a difference between working out and taking a walk. I will have to keep that in mind this next week. I will also have to cut myself some slack as I had a colonoscopy Wednesday, a liquid diet and a the prep on Tuesday, an extra long work day Thursday and still got my steps in every day. Sometimes I can be so hard on myself.
