Lost track of myself for a while

It has been two years. I went to school and got a degree. Now I'm licensed but I lost my fitness streak. Starting over has never been fun, admitting I failed is disheartening but I'm determined to try again. I have found a new phrase to repeat when I feel tempted to slack off or eat something I shouldn't "Don't give up what you want MOST for what you want NOW." This helps me to remember that my goals are long-term and I have to stick with the little changes in order to meet those goals. I need to lose 40 lbs now. Day 1 is today.
