I haven't logged on Sparkpeople in a long time.
I have stayed away from from anything to do with my weight loss except for excercising. I think that is what helped me to maintain the weight I've lost. I am up to walking 5 miles a day on the weekends and 3 miles during the week (less time cause I have to work).
So I am back to blogging and documenting my weight loss.
I am so glad to be back!
