The preliminary results for this week on my FitBit are in. So far, it seems that though I did not reach all my assigned FitBit goals for this week, I did much better than last week an in most cases, better than two or three weeks ago. I may also be on track to have hit my calorie deficit goal for this week...but I'll hold my breath on that one until I get the email with the finalized report on Monday or Tuesday.
I sleep well today and woke up early and alert enough to get in a quick walk/run. Whew! It's still quite warm outside in the afternoons! It was hard to run at my slow and steady pace, but I managed with somewhat success a couple of times. So far, so good. Now lets go see what work has in store for me tonight! :)
