Cooper let me sleep in this morning. Good dog! Then I took him out for about a 2 hour walk, came home, did some yoga, had lunch and am currently playing on the computer. Not having any plans is a nice change. I still got in over 2 hours of exercise, but there was no time frame or limit. We just moseyed along.
I have another day like this tomorrow, before having to deal with other people's schedules starting again on Tuesday. I like my life being low stress. It helps keep my moods and my depression under control.
No sun out today, but it is still fairly warm, so I can't complain too much. (Well... I could, but I am not going to.
