Weekly Plan 10/13-10/19

This week is going to be a bit slower than last week but I have a bunch of house projects I want completed before a party on Saturday. I'm struggling to get exercise in as usual. I don't know that this is the week to tackle that but I can at least try. I picked up two exercise dvd's from the library and will renew them if possible when needed.

Goals for the week:

emoticon Develop a morning and nighttime personal care routine

emoticon Complete the exercise dvd's twice each, even if have to break up into sections

emoticon Take measurements on Wednesday

emoticon Don't start any new TV series this week

emoticon No day less than 2500 steps

Dinner Plan: I am using one recipe from last week we didn't get to as planned

Sunday: Lettuce Wrapped Turkey Burgers with Spinach/Feta Quinoa
