So in my new plan I am listening to others and taking a rest day, which means other then walking my 10,000 steps I do nothing for any form of exercising and those 10,000 steps wont be anything exerting. Anyway I feel... I feel like a slacker! That's it plain and simple and I find myself thinking maybe just 30 crunches, or maybe just one short program on my treadmill can't hurt or maybe some strength exercises with my ball, or..... You get the point so my question is how important is a rest day, cause it really isn't easy to accomplish!!
