It's Day 8 of my "happiness campaign": I've meditated for ten or more minutes each day and exercised for at least 30 min daily.
So far, my so-called meditations usually feel more like me rehashing the events of the day or worrying about what i have to do at work the next day.
I committed to doing three "body scans" a week (a guided relaxation exercise), but so far i haven't tried it. They take 40 minutes, so I have been procrastinating trying them.
Today after my workout, I will give it a go!
