Day 5 - 100 Day Challenge

I am doing the 5:2 diet - and last l week I did the fast days consecutively ...
I might do that again this coming week - on Monday and Tuesday. It feels good to get the fasting days "out of the way" and they have a residual fat burning power, too - I can see. nad if I feel I need one more fast day, I can do it on Thursday or Friday.

I also did the 4:3 version of it years ago and it "cured" my asthma.
You can do the fasting days back to back, or consecutively. I never could fathom doing them consecutively before, But I did do it that way last week and i think it was powerful for me. It seemed to jump-start my metabolism back to a fat-burning that lasted even on my normal days (I weight daily). I did back to back partial fasts of about 400 calories each day. I have plenty of fat to burn, and the fasting allows the body to dig into it.
