less exercises, less muscles

Well not exactly true but you know what I mean. When I was doing the challenge, I was doing 2 to 3 hours of exercises a day. My body was starting to be toned all over. I went on "vacation" for one month with the calorie restriction and I have gained back 20 pounds. Except it seems to all be in my flabby arms and flabby tights. I am so disappointed. I am back on track and have lost 5 pounds but I cannot go back to 2 to 3 hours a day of exercise. Life got back on track. I really hope that 1 hour a day will be enough to gain back that slick body I had.

I have friends that lose weight without doing any kind of exercise, ever! I always need alot of exercise to show results. I guess I fu#&ed my body so much with all my diet that it can easely survive on fewer calories a day. Anyway, all that to say that it is just like Oprah said, when you get closer to your target weight it is very easy to think that you "got this" and to eat a bit more, exercise less and think that magically you will keep the weight off.

My knee has been hurting more and more and I am now on the hunt to find a doctor that will take charge and operate me. Not easy when you live in Quebec. I am doing walks and swimming laps. I know I have to reintroduce resistance some how but I just don't want to go back to the gym. It is costly and it takes a lot of time. So it is on my own. I read lots of people that are succeeding on here, I will to. It was so comfortable to buy clothes on the regular store and not even wonder if they would fit or not. I want to go back to that. I will.

    I do yoga almost every day, using my body weight as resistance and my body has changed quite a lot over the last 2 years. The thing is I weight the same as 2 years ago! But I am more toned and muscular where as before I was not. I know there are yoga classes in B'ham. I mix my yoga with ST exercises from Jillian Michael's DVD's too. Works for me!

    knee pain is not fun - get that seen to it will make a big difference
