So lately I haven't been blogging due to time but my workouts and eating have been right on!I've been focusing on building muscle and I can really tell. I have only lost a pound in the past 2 weeks but I've dropped a pants size. So I know I'm losing fat and building muscle.
Im very excited about the advances I've been making with my running.I've done several 5ks and the other day I did 3.5 miles. I think I'm ready.to start training to run a whole 10k. Love it!
