I've always been a sweet tooth, but lately.. it's getting out of control.. I suspect it's because its that exam time of year, on top of working full time and trying to get to the gym when I have a spare second - my old friend stress-cravings!!
Anybody have any tips for beating the beast?? Having just a wee bit doesn't help (if anything it actually feeds the fury). I've managed to stay semi-sane so far with extra fruit, gum, and more frequent coffee breaks.. but definitely open to more ideas!
