Day 195 - A BIG Thank You to Spark Friends!

Just a shout out to everyone who responds to my blogs! A huge thank you for all your support, ideas, encouragements, and just being there for me!
I have been creating a blog a day just to keep me accountable. I feel that if I slack off with my blogging, then I will slack off in other areas of my lifestyle changes, such as logging in my daily foods, and eventually be back to my old ways. I also wanted to compare my first 100 days to my second 100 days which is coming up soon.
I also feel like this is my personal diary for all to read. It is almost therapeutic to discuss certain things that once created emotional eatings which I now channel into blogging and exercising. I could never do this journey alone! Thank you for being supportive!!!
I thank each and every one of you for all your encouragement and support! I do read all the comments and I wish I had the time to thank each and every one of you who do leave a message.
I also enjoy reading your blogs and getting to know who you are. A huge thank you to all who share their lives, the ups and the downs. You all are so unique and interesting with a great story to tell. Some stories are sad and some are happy, but one common thread is that we all want to lead healthier lives.
I hope each and every one of you eventually reach your goals and find much success and happiness!
