Didn't know what to put into the title, seems fitting for some odd reason.

Been busy all week. Worked Monday-Friday, 1015-615. Did not get to do any workouts whatsoever until this morning. Felt good to be back at the gym. I dislike working out in the evenings, I like that time to be my downtime. I don't want to be at the gym at 6am. Those who do it, there's a reason, I don't like to wake up early unless it's for work or off to drive to my vacation destination. So, going before 8am, not my thing at the moment. Extra money for my trip to Thailand for someone I know whose getting married there at a buddhist temple. That'll be fun.

Anyways, even though I didn't exercise much this week, I am surprized I actually lost a pound. Some days, I was low on my calories or my protein. A few days I was good everywhere except my calories , was 200 calories below, but I was not hungry, no point in forcing myself to eat more calories, then be over in the other ranges. Still a learning process. Either be low on protein or calories, tough one, esp. if I'm still figuring out what's good. Haven't really eaten much candy items. Still bad for eating out, like to Subway. Subway is somewhat better than McDonald's Big Mac and fries. At. least I'm eating the veggies.

This coming week is back to normal shifts, so, I'll get my gym time that I crave. It'll be that time of month for me and I'll either maintain my weight or lose up to 3 pounds or so. Time will tell. Maybe I'll call my doc about my ultrasound and see if he needs to see me, most likely I do.

    I really don't like exercising in the evenings either. I've found that lunchtime works well for me --- it gets me away from my desk and makes me much more alert in the afternoon. Luckily, my manager doesn't have an issue with that.
Thailand sounds awesome... I've never been there.
