**SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT
So this evening, I hit the gym for my first main event workout. I'm working up towards a 40-45 minute kettle-bell routine (gradually replacing my current workout). Each week, adding 1 minute or exercise set. I wasn't sure if I did 1 or 2 exercises last Saturday, so I did 3 this week:
* 15 halos both direction (8 kgs)
* 20 kettlebell swings (12 kgs)
* 15 Goblet Squats (12 kgs)
I will blog about the full version of the workout this week. Next week, I will add 15 bent rows (each side) (10 or 12 kgs)
I don't really enjoy eating out anymore. I do so only (a) when meeting up with friends and (b) Beer and Pizza Friday nights. I met up with a friend Thursday night and we had Indian food. The place we ate at had more salt in its food than I have ever tasted in Indian food. I had a slice of meat lovers pizza on Friday. It had a lot of the saltier Italian meats on it.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I didn't eat out and my midweek had me about a pound away from 195. The official numbers from this morning do not reflect that.
I will dispense with the long list of numbers. I'm too close to my goal at this point. I've lost all but a few of the pounds of my goal.
198.6@21% (up 0.4 pounds from last week)
Again, I believe it to be mostly water retention.
Depending on how much I eat out this week, I may be as low as 196.x next Saturday.
