Excuses, excuses...

Here it is Sat. night & I have not ridden my bike or tracked my food...I had a busy schedule yesterday & today & just let things get in the way...I went to a bridal shower & overdosed on desserts. That was just plain foolish...I just had a "whatever" attitude & I need to jump-start a NEW attitude. I have gained a lot of my weight back. Last August I was down almost 35 lbs. Today, I'm only down about 13 lbs. I'm going to try & get back to walking with my neighbor AND riding my bike. Not sure why I am in such a slump...I will hang in there & I will breathe deep. Take care...
