Well, it's been almost a week since my last post.
Goals for this week:
* Keep waking up early and doing the 10-minute 28 day workout videos.
* Increase fruit and veggie intake.
* Work out once per day (full 20-30 minute workout).
I've been failing on the waking up early front. One morning I woke up early but my computer's mouse kept malfunctioning so I couldn't play the workout video before work. Another morning I had been kept up all night by my neighbors and my roommate's cat. Today I woke up before my roommates, but felt like I needed to wait for my boyfriend instead of working out without him. Waking up early seems to put me in limbo; my bf is sleeping in the room so I can't do things that need to get done in there (cleaning), but my other roommate is also asleep so I feel like I need to be really quiet and not play videos or watch tv so she can sleep. I've also been slacking on my workouts. I did an abbreviated workout today which was better than nothing, but I'm still disappointed.
I'm really trying with the fruit/veggie intake. I made a special trip to Meijer to just buy fruits and veggies. I'm starting to think that the best thing for me to do is to "hide" veggies in other foods (thankfully spinach can be hard to detect sometimes).
20 days until the convention and I want to feel strong and healthy so I can enjoy it to the fullest. I would also like to lose a little weight so that I feel confident that I will look good in photos.
