Know When

Saturday, October 12, 2013

This has been a crazy work week with parts shortages. I worked 12 hours Monday, had my launch team interview and then everything kind of flattened out due to parts not being available. My season of overtime is done and at least I chipped a couple things off my to-do list.

Back to the basics. I returned to my WW meeting with a -1.6 lost from the last weigh in. I counted nine months, two weeks and two days until my nuptials and I got to get this program ingrained into my brain and get off my duff and burn more calories. If I can stand and do 4 hours of overtime here and there, I can work out now that the weather is cooler and in my favor. I have to know when.

Trimmed my hair(Thank God) and return home this Saturday for some much needed rest. I guess my body is still trying to catch up. I thank God for HIs infinite wisdom to help me out and show me what I need to do in times of a financial pinch or stress period. Things happen not by chance, by God's timing and I am putting into practice of knowing when to be still and when to move.

It is a balancing act, but it sounds like you have a plan.

If you are standing why not just walk in place while you are doing your job and you get a work out too!!
