Remember last week when I complained about a small loss of 0.4 lbs?? I would easily trade the week I just had for that week.
This week was just plain bad. I didn't go to the gym and I made terrible food choices. Chinese food, pizza, fried chicken, etc. I ate a lot of bad food, but what's funny is that I didn't exceed my calorie range. However, it seems that my spark people calorie range and my actual weight are not on speaking terms.
This weeks numbers:
Weight : 215.4
Gain : 2.8
Total : 104.6
So, long story short, I blew it this week. What made it worse is that all of the bad food led to me being constipated. Shortly before sitting down to write this blog post I finally got to sit down and "do my business", thank God that's over. Now, sitting here writing, it feels like I'm sitting on a hot cactus.
