I forgot to update yesterday... but I've been on good behavior (for the most part).
yesterday I walked to and from school, downtown to a pub crawl, and back home. a little over 6 miles total. did a little dancing, but not much. I ate ~2000 calories. primarily veggies, some lean fish, and a bit of oatmeal, and I'm happy with it.
today, I went for a 4.7 mile run/walk (talked on the phone for a bit of it) and did some yoga. I'll probably go for another evening walk to catch up with family. I ate ~2000 calories consisting of LOTS of squash (I was famished after a drunken night!), some sardines, 2 pomegranates, and kale asparagus and green onion soup. I counted the calories from my pub crawl (a large crispin cider and two shots of rum) in today's calories... I know alcohol's not the best, but you're only young once, and you've got to celebrate on occasion. I really only drink that much once every three months or so, and I'll have a glass of wine if I'm having a game night with friends once a month.
Nut butter free! And my body is so grateful for it.
I feel like I'm getting back in touch with what my body needs, and it's definitely not fats
