Before I explain the eating plan let me announce that at weigh in today I have lost 0.6 kg making my weightloss total exactly 5 kgs !!! YIPPEE, YAHOO, WOWEE! My clothes definitely feel so much more comfortable ON my skin as I do IN my skin!
Now, about this eating plan - this is what I can eat over the next 3 days, but none of the fruit or veg skin or seeds.....
- Rice bubbles, cornflakes, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, lean beef, steamed chicken or fish, well cooked pumpkin and potato, boiled white rice and white pasta, white bread with scraping of butter/honey/vegemite/jam without seeds, ripe bananas, stewed apples, peaches, pears and pawpaw!
I have just returned from the markets with everything I need except peaches because I deemed them too expensive $7/kg so I can do without! Last night I created my first day's eating plan using these ingredients and it looks great. There are so many things to make including banana smoothies, salmon and cottage cheese omlettes, steamed chicken with the 2 veg and yogurt dressing or stewed apple dressing, smoothies using the fruit ingredients, rice and chicken with yogurt or cottage cheese, egg and banana omlette ! Beef and dry baked potato and pumpkin (w/o skin), steamed salmon and yogurt or cottage cheese dressing and white rice, salmon flaked in white pasta with a little milk and cottage cheese for moisture. So you get the gist. There are restrictions to what I can drink also, but that won't affect me because I drink what is on the list anyway.
On the 4th day following the next 3 days I fast and drink only clear liquids and then I purge that night (literally!).
Then when that is all said and done on the 5th day from now I go under anaesthetic and have a colonoscopy performed!!! So, no I am not going mad! There is a reason for this ridiculous eating behaviour! The colonoscopy is only a precautionary measure and I expect results will be fine so nothing to worry about there. The only thing for me to worry about is this absolutely stupid eating plan that will no doubt re-set my cravings straight back onto horrible white, starchy, carb laden, fat flowing, constipating blah foods!
If this occurs I have my secret weapon to combat that - I will just embark straight onto the 7 day GM diet!! There, take that cravings!!
Today I must prepare that 2nd garden bed because I have purchased from the markets 3 dozen baby vegetable plants to put in (more spinach, more bok choy and parsley). I use these ingredients in daily smoothies so I need lots and lots of them growing so I know there are no chemicals going into my smoothies - perhaps just a few grubs that I failed to see in the washing process - but that's ok too because that's protein and fibre and people all around the world eat insects so I'm not fussed about that!
I'll leave you with another random photo - my gardenia flowers are blooming so the first thing I do is pick a few to have in the kitchen so their strong perfume can fill the room. They last a few days floating in a bowl in water.

PS One quick question - does anyone know where to find 'housework' on the fitness tracker? I see blogs where so many people are adding it to their day's fitness, but I can't find it. I'm mainly talking about things like sweeping, mopping, washing windows, scrubbing tiles etc. where you do feel like you have done a workout of sorts.
