I think I slept crooked. Woke up with a wicked headache and sore neck. Long hike in the woods helped clear the head a bit. Got home and did some cleaning and now need to finish my website, but I am procrastinating. I probably should throw some hulu on and catch up with Grey's Anantomy and just veggitate. Just gotta do that some days.
Even though the scale didn't move this week, my pants are even bigger.... good sign. I am finding it easier to stop throughout the day and do little batches of exercise instead of trying to make time to "workout". So I grab the weights and do curls for a few minutes. Do calf raises while brushing my teeth. Leg raises while cooking at the stove. It will all come together. Would love to get back to zumba class. My tart cherry juice seems to be helping the arthritis, so I might try class again this coming week.
