Turned a Spark muffin recipe into Babycake Donuts...

I took the recipe for the flax chocolate 1-minute muffin and X4, and cooked in my new Babycakes Donut maker. They turned out great. I made a glaze with melted coconut oil with stevia and vanilla and they were shiny and tasty, also gluten free! I think just about any muffin recipe could be turned into a mini donut.
Will have to send a few to my daughter who is a gluten free eater. It will be worth the postage to Montana (1000 miles from Minnesota), sending by small priority box.
