Running and Weight

Running: Great 13.2 mile run this morning! It was 65 degrees this dark early morning and felt really good. At first I was disappointed that the Galloway Program Director kept me in the slower group. I didn't get to run my longest run ever, the 15 miles with the middle time improvement group. But I had been feeling kind of tired, so decided to go along with the assignment without complaint. Feeling pretty good this afternoon, so may have been the right call. I will get to run 15 miles two weeks from today. Still hope to run the HM on Nov 9th under my previous time of 2:37. We'll see.

Weight: 125.8 at home this morning at 4am before I left for our run. I weighed 127.0 at Weight Watchers dressed after breakfast, 13 mile run, and post-run snack. I've been sticking to my calorie range really well for the last couple weeks, but have not been doing as well on sodium and artificial sweetener use as I had been (but certainly better than before SparkPeople). I will improve! Been doing great mixing up my nonfat milk powder in a one quart bottle and measuring it better. I'm getting there.
