I ready for the Fall 5% Challenge and I will lose10.5 pounds in 8 weeks. I have to get over 'living in the moment' and focus on my weight goal 8 weeks away. My 5% Fall Mantra - My desire to change is stronger than my desire to remain the same!
Upstairs my treadmill desk was just set up in front of a window overlooking the street. I can see the dog walkers go by. After I post this blog I am taking my laptop up there so I exercise while I Spark. Last year I took a picture of my $0 computer table when it was in a temporary location.
I made my Win Checklists.
Wake up earlier
Follow morning routine
Fill water bottle
Have breakfast within 1 hour of waking
Have a healthy mid-morning snack
Morning 3,000 steps
Afternoon 4,000 steps
Evening 3,000 steps
Drink 8 glasses of water
Do scheduled workout wall push ups, plank, etc.
Have a healthy mid-afternoon snack
Control my portions at lunch
Control my portions at dinner
Nutrition tracking in Spark
Bedtime 10 PM lights out 11 PM
Get your water bottles ready
Get your healthy snacks ready
Plan 3 meals for tomorrow
Get your workout clothes and sneakers ready
Schedule tomorrow's workout in your calendar.
I have printed it off and will put it next to my treadmill where I will see it at least 3 times a day.
I need to firm up my exercise plan. I only included things I can do with no equipment/gym/pool. Then I have no excuses if I travel, I can still exercise.
Next week I am headed to Toronton, ON so I want to be off to a good start.
It's Thanksgiving Weekend in Canada and we are making dinner here. I am looking at recipes and think I can make a low calorie stuffing with lots of celery and onion, mashed potato & mashed cauliflower together, low fat gravy.
Any other ideas?
