New Start... how often have I said this in the past???

Saturday, October 12, 2013

Yepp, I'm back. I will try to blog daily again. I managed a major face plant a couple months back and struggle to get back up on my feet... binging like a maniac and gaining weight, loosing motivation. But I'm back. With determination... and donkey stubbornness I will plough on and NOT give up.
I plan to apply major changes to my diet, go back to basics, cut out processed foods, cut low on carbs, and cut white sugar completely and limit alternative, natural sweeteners like date paste, honey or maple syrup. I wanna eat real food.... food as close to how it was created. It'll be a new kind of journey and I'm sure there will be lots of trials and errors and face plants but I hope I can cut out that demon sugar-binge-monster... so sick of it.

I also joined a gym one day a week and do pump-classes which I enjoy a lot and makes me stronger... I wanna start running again in the mornings... I'll re-start with my fitness videos... ou, and a puppy adopted us... so daily walks will be routine... or when I start running again Pip will join me for my runs.

Pippin "Pip"... a real bitzer: border collie, kelpie, staffy and I dunno what else, but cute as can be

One step at a time, one day at a time -- You CAN do this! You've got a good attitude, and you're moving in the right direction.

I'm cheering for you!

Major Face Plant....heh heh heh. Funny way to put it.
Pip is adorable & I love that name.
I'm like Geana, the sugar in my coffee creamer is addictive. :-/
I doubt I will ever actually run...I have a phobia of falling. I don't know why, I just do. So, I will just walk really, really fast. Lol
Good Luck & keep us up to date.

Good for you. I also always try to eat whole foods and sugar is like crack for me. Cute dog, too! emoticon

I got on track with daily walks (now runs) with my dog. Honestly it is one of the highlights of my day when I see the joy & excitement on her face as we walk out the door. She literally spins in circles, which I think is her version of a cartwheel.

Pip is absolutely adorable! Wishing you the best on your journey.
