You are in my subconscious
The Fall 5% challenge starts today. I will do better.
On my Done List:
a. just remembered on Wednesday - I was offered a chocolate covered Dunkin Donut and I declined. It's like delayed onset fatigue - I just remembered I said no and now I'm wondering how did I do that.
b. Got some good rest
c. Touched base with 3 friends this week. I am not good on the social front, so I am glad I made contact.
d. Consistently exercised and Sparked
