Another kilo down...

..but it has been a hard week. With dog carer in hospital I have to organise to work from home as much as possible and it stresses me to know that doggy does not have the best life.
Yesterday was a relief – I asked the friends whose dog I looked after when they were to India a short while ago to look after him in the afternoon when I was working, as I wanted to go to a song concert in the evening and that I could not have done if I had left doggy at home, would have been too many hours. But they had him and as they was out in the woods with both dogs I know that doggy was really happy. I did bike with him in the morning so he really got a lot of exercise.
I got a letter two days ago telling me that I had won a sholarship for writing psalms – I got 12000 skr (1800 USD) which was way more than I had estimated when I applied and calculated if I could get it and if so how much... so I invited these friends to come with me on a little song concert, the tickets were not expensive and we had a lovely evening! I will use some of the scholarship money to go to a song writing and playing workshop for women in three days in november - I am SO grateful.
And in the joy of the moment I wrote about the scholarship on Facebook (I don´t share that much on facebook so this was unusal for me) and got more than 100 likes (silly, but it made me happy) and two interesting suggestions about writing songs together...that is amazing, one colleague from way back in the 80ies has since then started working for the swedish church and is writing music and then my old choir leader from where I used to live challenged me to write new psalms for easter day - most of those we have in the psalm book are very old fashioned in language and message.
And another kilo down this week – this is my happy dance:
